Michael V. Kaplen, Professorial Lecturer in Law, George Washington University Law School. Michael is a member of the New York State Traumatic Brain Injury Services Coordinating Council and chaired the council from 2007 to 2013. He is president of the American Academy of Brain Injury Attorneys.
He is a New York Super Lawyer for the last nine years, named as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in New York State by the American Association of Trial Lawyers.
