Awakening Her Higher Self

ROBIN J. BLOOM is the author of My Daze of Brain Injury and the expanded sequel Wake Up!
We’re Going Home.

Robin is a survivor of multiple brain injuries and PTSD.

The resulting life lessons, afforded opportunities of great insight and understanding, ultimately leading to her spiritual awakening. Robin shares her story of transformation to offer knowledge and comfort as others are awakening to their own spiritual journeys, gifts and divine life missions. Discovering her “true self” entailed a complete discarding of old beliefs that no longer served, leading to her search for new truths.

Now a Thriver, Robin transformed into an inspirational writer. Visit her website at robinjbloom.com

Outsmarting Brain Injury – Independence and Empowerment

We had such great response after this show originally aired in July that we decided to share it again (that and we’re on vacation).

Settle in and enjoy a lively discussion about independence, interdependence, and empowerment on this episode of Outsmarting Brain Injury.

Join Kim for tunes & casual chat afterward. 🙂

To Warehouse or Not?

My guest tonight is Randall Scott O’Brien. He is a TBI Survivor from a motor cycle accident in October of 2010. Like many of us his prognosis was grim, and he was expected to die. At one of the more challenging times, he had to be “warehoused”, just to prove that condition wasn’t warranted! With unwavering determination, he has become an incredible thriver, not just a survivor. Join us to hear his amazing story.

Wounded Warrior, Wounded Home

My guests for tonight will be Marshele Carter Waddell & Dr. Kelly Orr, PhD, ABPP…Who penned Wounded Warrior, Wounded Home, offering hope & healing for families living with PTSD & TBI. This is a very personal story, with a powerful message. One in three of our Vets are coming home with PTSD. Many of those have also suffered a TBI, which has become the signature injury of this war.
