Robert Brady Johnson – Veteran, Speaker, Author, Survivor

Over twenty years ago, while in the USAF, the doctor told Brady Johnson he didn’t have bad headaches. in fact, he had bleeding of the brain. He had brain surgery to correct an AVM; during which, he suffered a massive stroke. Brady was told he had Aphasia, and would never speak clearly again. In addition, he was told he wouldn’t walk without aid, drive etc. Even now Brady cannot feel the right side of his body, though he uses it. He had to learn how to talk and walk again. The Doctors said Brady would never be able to have children, read, or work again. Miraculously, Brady was able to achieve everything the doctors told him he wouldn’t be able to do. His military training kicked in, and faith in God never wavered.

Today, Brady is the only hemiplegic bodybuilder that favorably competes with everyone else. In addition his book can be found on Amazon – A Life Of Commas: A Soldier’s Story – R. Brady Johnson.
