Simon Says – Making a List, Checking it Twice

Kim and Simon will be discussing both the merits, and pressures of “Lists”. Whether it’s a “To Do” List, list of symptoms to share with our practitioners, meds, grievances or pleasures .. We all need memory prompters to help us recall, or reset our priorities. Lists are not the “be all and end all” because if not used properly, they can cause undo pressure. Balance is the key!

We just observed Memorial Day .. How did you show remembrance to our fallen troops, and loved ones?
